Need to report abuse?

Is someone mistreating or neglecting a child, elderly person, or dependent developed? Here's how yous can report it.

To written report child corruption or neglect:

  • Call Child Welfare Services cost-free: 1 (800) 367-0166.
  • Mandated Reporters: follow up with grade SS 8572 .

To study elder or dependent developed abuse or fail:

  • Call Developed Protective Services cost-gratis: i (844) 751-6729.
    • Mandated Reporters: ask for our fax number or mailing address while on the telephone call, and follow up by faxing or mailing the states your completed form SOC 341 (in English  or Spanish ).
  • Or, report online 24/7 at ReportToAPS  (non-emergency only).
    • Mandated Reporters: SOC 341 not required when reporting online.
  • For abuse in skilled nursing/residential intendance facilities, call Long-Term Intendance Ombudsman: (805) 922-1236.
  • If anyone is in immediate danger of harm, call 911.
